SOUTH LAKE TAHOE

headed up the mountain on the Gondola for the 1st time

there wasn't much snow in town, so we had to find the shadiest part of buildings
to find a smidgen of snow. PICTURE TIME!!!

ALTHOUGH a lot of the snow in town had melted, the huge lake still had shallow parts of frozen water.
the view was BREATH TAKING from this spot. Unreal. The kids loved feeding the ducks and sliding
around on the ice!

READY FOR SKIING! BRAYLIN WAS SO SO SO EXCITED!
(sadly, this was probably only hours BEFORE Sug went up the mountain
to ski and broke her ankle.)

after her 1st ski attempt, she HAD to make a snow angel.
I think she did a great job!!!!

she did AMAZING at her second round of skiing.
Daddy was tired way before bray became tired!!!

I think the lake was my favorite part of the trip.
it was just so beautiful and peaceful out there.
I think there was a sign that clearly said to not feed the wildlife, but
surely they didn't mind us giving a few snacks to their sweet lil ducks.

Braylin loved helping with Dylan and Graham...
Ok, she didn't really want to help with Graham as much as Dylan, but they were so cute.
What a blessing to get our kids together like we did and get to enjoy all of them at the same time.
(all missing was Sug... since she had to have surgery on her ankle the very next day after breaking it).

after 6 nights we were all ready to head home and get back to normal routines, but
of course we'd miss the beautiful land. This picture was taken while leaving the mountain
and heading back to the airport. Just gorgeous.

And there is Sug!!! With her babies!
Everybody was happy and feeling good so far... pre-flight anyway! haha!
